Who we are

This website is run by Ek Ra Sunya Inc Pvt. Ltd. (Saraswoti Marg, Balkumari, Lalitpur-8, Nepal), trading as EK Security. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

• Scoping requests. The name, email, organisation, phone, services, target description and timeline you type into the contact form. We use them only to reply and to scope the work you asked about.
• Request data. Like any web server, ours sees your IP address and browser details. We use the IP address to limit how often the contact form can be sent; that counter is held in memory and cleared within minutes.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party scripts.

Where it goes

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf. Scoping requests are delivered to our internal systems and are not sold or shared for marketing.

How long we keep it

Scoping requests that do not become an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Records of engagements are kept as long as the contract and Nepali law require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
